Discover Logothetianika
Our guesthouses are located in Logothetianika, one of the oldest and largest traditional settlements on the island. Just a breath away from the main northern village of Potamos, Logothetianika has a quiet, authentic atmosphere. Once filled with abandoned stone houses due to emigration in the 1930s, the village is now experiencing a revival, with many of its old homes being lovingly restored and brought back to life.
Surrounded by lush, almost Tuscan-like landscapes, the area is ideal for walking and exploring. A network of small and larger trails leads you through olive groves, old paths, and nearby picturesque villages. Just 4.5 km below, down a winding road, lies Lykodimou Beach – one of Kythira’s most peaceful beaches, with wild natural beauty and a sense of seclusion that rewards every visitor.

- 100% of the advanced payment will be refunded only when the booking is cancelled at least 21 days before the date of arrival. This term does not apply for bookings in the High season.
- 50% of the advanced payment will be refunded when the booking is cancelled at least 10 days before the date of arrival. This term does not apply for bookings in the High season.
- After the arrival and settlement in the room, no part cancellations are accepted without 50% refund.
